Bollywood City Fitness is a dance workout that combines South Asian and Middle Eastern rhythms and easy-to-follow exercises and movements to create a fun and exhilarating workout. Expect a class filled with exotic rhythms all the way from India to Persia to Egypt right here in the city.
No dance experience required. Classes are always beginner-friendly and low to medium impact to accommodate those from all fitness levels. Classes are drop-in friendly.
Totally welcoming moms and their teenage daughters to create time for mother and daughter bonding too.
