Bollywood Dance Fitness is a dance workout that combines easy-to-follow dance movements, exercises & beautiful rhythms from India to Egypt.
No dance experience is required. This is a low to moderate physical activity to accommodate women of all fitness levels and ages
This program runs 12-weeks online and 8-weeks in person at 2 locations: Spadina and Bloor and Windermere and Bloor
New masking and safety rules are in place at all of our locations. Subject to change as by-laws change. No drop=ins allowed in-person.
