Pound combines easy-to-follow cardio moves, resistance training & drumming. The combo works the entire body and raises the heart to a fat-burning zone.
This is a moderate impact class and accommodates women of all fitness levels and ages. Weights & bodyweight exercises are often added for strength training.
To rock out at home, please feel free to use any tools as sticks (drum sticks, wooden spatulas/spoons, knitting sticks, your hands work great too), and a yoga mat or carpet is highly suggested.
