POUND® is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. If you’ve always wanted to try drumming, and like Hip Hop, Rock and Trap music, you’ll want to try this class out.
Classes are beginner-friendly and medium impact to accommodate those from most fitness levels. Must bring a Yoga mat/old towel for sitting and drumming.
Happily welcoming teenage girls to create a space for mom and daughter fitness time.
