The Yoga for Dancers class aims to build up strength and flexibility which is extremely important for a dancer’s body. It will give students the time and space to disconnect from their hectic life and bring awareness into the breath and the functions of the body. Come try this new Yoga class with Steps’ very own Emily, which will allow you to build a strong mind/body connection. Open to all levels. No previous yoga experience required. Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing (no jeans, no socks, no shoes). Please bring a yoga mat (we have some yoga mats but not enough for everyone).
