HH Dance & Fitness was founded and opened in September 2006 by Toronto couple Henry Yang and Helen Hu. After participating at a Ballroom Dance Club at the Universtity of Toronto, they quickly rose to be one of the top Standard Ballroom dance couples in Toronto, achieving exceptional results in international dance competitions in North American and Europe such as the Boston Yankee Classic, the Ohio Star Ball, and the British Open in Blackpool, England.

Canadian-Brand Dance Shoes and Dancewear
As true Canadian entrepreneurs Helen and Henry have also designed their own line of dance shoes and dancewear that they have named after one of the foundation steps in Waltz: the “Natural Spin” (a 360 degree turn demonstrated here ).
Don’t be fooled by the name; Natural Spin Dancewear is anything but traditional. The Ballroom, Salsa, and Tango shoes are available in a wide array of innovative fashion styles and modern colors and textures, and the dancewear is sassy and sexy.
Not only is Natural Spin fun to wear, but the shoes in particular have been well-tested and designed for the demands of dancing. Having consulted with their own instructors and with some of the worlds top dance competitors from England and Italy, Helen and Henry have been able to refine the shoes to be uniquely balanced and supportive. They are also able to keep their prices competitive (from $90 to $170 per pair) by manufacturing overseas, and they regularly monitor production in person to incorporate new information and to ensure the best possible quality.

HH Dance & Fitness is located at Unit 7A, 7310 Woodbine Ave . This is at the intersection of Woodbine and Denision within easy access of highways 404 and 401 and the Don Valley Parkway. Parking is available.
For those using TTC, the Victoria Park North bus #224 from Don Mills subway station stops very close to the studio.
