In December 2014 Roberto Quaresma and Daria Novoselova, students of Latin Energy Dance Company in Toronto, won the prestigious title of World Salsa Champions (On1 Amateur Division). Shortly afterwards they suffered an accident during practice where Daria fractured her neck.
