Moksha yoga is a unique yoga series that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga. About the Second City Training Centre
The Second City Training Centre is the largest school of improvisation and sketch comedy in the world. The classes, taught by professionals working in their fields, are dedicated to helping students develop their artistic voice, both individually and within an ensemble, and to provide the tools and techniques needed to express that voice.
About Beyography
Torontonians at all levels can now get in touch with their inner diva at Beyography, a dance class inspired by Beyoncé’s moves. Beyography is the brainchild of Nicky Nasrallah, an actor-comedian who started learning Queen Bey’s dance moves for fun four years ago. Bit-by-bit, his student base expanded to those who want to learn Beyoncé’s challenging choreography in classes at Elevation Dancentre, (Bloor and Dovercourt) and Steps Dance Studio (Yonge & Bloor). Beyography classes take place three to four times a week, and dancers can learn the moves to songs like Freakum Dress, Single Ladies, and Run the World (Girls).
